Highlights from 2018

We launched our new performance-management program, MPACT: Managing Performance and Cultivating Talent to enhance communication and feedback across Hines.
The OneHines Diversity and Inclusion Tour gave Hines executives a chance to hear directly from employees across the U.S. about our culture, their needs, and the actions we can take to increase diversity and foster a more inclusive environment.
Hines provided a $90,000 gift to ULI to create the Women’s Leadership Initiative Hines Innovation Grants.

A comprehensive effort is underway to create meaningful change in how we care for our most valuable assets, our people.
