Code of Conduct

Our U.S. Code of Business Conduct provides an overview of the laws, regulations, and company policies that apply to the firm and its employees. It emphasizes the values we share. In line with the firm’s Guiding Principles, we require our employees to comply with both the letter and spirit of the Code and make decisions that will preserve the firm’s reputation and the trust that our stakeholders have placed in us. We also expect those who we do business with to share and observe these same values. The Code covers key areas, including: Reporting violations, financial reporting, conflicts of interest, equal employment opportunity, discrimination and harassment prevention, workplace violence, rules of conduct, anti-corruption policy, and international sanctions.

It is a goal of the firm in 2019 to enhance the Code of Conduct for all of our global employees.
